Delivery Charges and other information.

Delivery within the Melbourne Metropolitan area (20km radius from the CBD) are free of charge.

Outside of metro, country and interstate orders will incur an additional $10.00 delivery fee. For restricted areas additonal delivery will apply depending on the area, an email will be sent to notify extra charges.

Please note: Most of the flowers will be sent out as closed or slightly open buds/blooms to protect the flowers via transportation and also enables the recipients to enjoy the flowers for a longer period of time. If you require flowers in full bloom please advise and order minimum 2 days in advanced. Colours depicted may be different to actual flowers due to seasonal differences and/or image quality. Certain flowers will be replaced with similar shape or colours if not available depending on season. If you do not want flowers to be replaced please state clearly and one of our consultants will contact you to advise or discuss.

Flowers express guarantees the quality, and condition of every delivery; any complaint must be notified within 48hrs of delivery , however keep in mind that flowers are not man made and are perishable, naturally grown products, certain environments and weather conditions will reduce the longetivity of any living items. Average lifespan of any fresh cut flowers are between 3-10days, Should your flowers wither within 48 hours of delivery, new flowers will be resent given that the old items will need to be sighted and contact must be within 48 hours of receiving gifts. Unfortunately Flowers express are unable to refund, exchange , or resend items considered to be in full bloom which may be a result of extreme weather or climate changes or "too fresh" eg taking too long to bloom and lasting longer than usual. If you ordered incorrect item or colour choice or changed your mind and items have already been delivered, refunds or exchanges are not available, please make sure you choose the correct item or colours.

Defintions for colour choices :

Pastels= Delicate and pale in colours Light pinks, light yellow, white, cream colours etc

Bright = Strong, primary or Dazzling colours Orange, Reds, Hot pinks, Yellow, Blues etc

*Other items such as balloons, Teddy bears, fruits, hamper items eg Biscuits, chocolates, cheese etc and packaging or wrapping may vary from actual picture due to availability.

 

Delivery information and time.

Please advise if you require us to contact recipient before deliveries, contact number and delivery address must valid and correct. It is also the responsibility of the sender to ensure recipient is available for deliveries, we do not take responsibility if recipients are not home and items are left outside a safe place at the delivery address and items get lost or stolen. ( Our couriers will not leave items if area is unsafe) Any Undelivered items made to Apartments/units with security gates and no public access or house with no safe place to leave will automatically incur a redelivery fee if items are to be redelivered. Addresses with incorrect suburbs supplied will incur delivery fee if the actual suburb is more than 20kms from Melbourne CBD.

Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays except by special arrangement.

If you require same day delivery, the order must be received by 12noon on that day depending on the delivery area, otherwise they will be delivered the following day. For deliveries to work addresses in outer suburbs that require deliveries to be made before 5pm the order must be placed before 10am on the same day. If order place after 10am, flowers will be delivered next business day. Same day deliveries made on Saturday must be placed before 10am. Any orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday otherwise avised by yourselfs via Email or Telephone. Please contact our consultants on 03 9670 6571 if unsure.

During peak delivery periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, all orders should be placed at least 3 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Please note a cancellation fee of $15.00 will apply if you wish to cancel your order due to change of mind once order has been processed (This also applies if you place order after 10am for business addresses and we are unable to deliver before 5pm, Please advise residential address ).

Express delivery fees are available from $20.00 up to $150 depending on matter of urgency and delivery zone/area.

Deliveries to remote country areas may incur a delay of up to two days. And additional delivery charges may apply. Our consultants will contact you to advise. Requests for certain delivery times can be taken, but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed( eg before 5pm.) All deliveries to business addresses must be marked clearly to ensure delivery is made before 5pm.

Also please understand that on the actual day such as Valentines Day, it is extremely difficult for our customer service department to chase up on delivery queries. Our couriers are working to their best they can to deliver your flowers on time. In some rare cases, if a delivery was unsuccessful on the day before 5pm to business addresses, we will ensure issues are resolved on the day, (Full refund offered, free upgrade to Premium with redelivery following day or delivery to alternative home address).
